What is the working principle of the aluminum profile extruder?

The working principle of the aluminum profile extruder is a kind of physical deformation principle. Use auxiliary equipment such as electromagnetic heating furnace or coil induction heating furnace to heat the aluminum rod to about 450℃, and then extrude through the extruder. The extruder principle is the aluminum rod heated by the device in the extrusion cylinder, and one end is the extrusion rod of the propulsion force output.

At the other end is the corresponding mold. Under the pressure output of the hydraulic system, the extrusion rod pushes the aluminum rod to the direction of the mold. After the aluminum rod forms the mold mouth from the high temperature, it then ols and cuts the next process.

Extruder structure

The extruder is mainly composed of three major parts: mechanical part, hydraulic part and electrical part

The mechanical part is composed of base, prestressed frame tension column, front beam, movable beam, X-oriented extrusion cylinder seat, extrusion shaft, ingot supply mechanism, residual material separation shear, sliding mold seat, etc.

The hydraulic system is mainly composed of main cylinder, side cylinder, locking cylinder, perforated cylinder, large capacity axial-piston variable pump, electro-hydraulic ratio servo valve (or electro-hydraulic proportional regulating valve), position sensor, oil pipe, oil tank and various hydraulic switches. The electrical part is mainly composed of the power supply cabinet, operation table, PLC programmable controller, upper industrial controller and display screen.

Machine characteristics

The whole structure adopts four column horizontal type, the oil tank. It has the characteristics of new structure, neat arrangement and convenient maintenance.

The movable beam adopts four points positioning, adjustable center, reasonable mold design can greatly reduce the production cost.

Different extrusion processes can be set, and different aperture pipes can be squeezed by following and fixed needle.

The hydraulic parts adopt high flow plug valve system with good sealing performance and low temperature rise

Electrical parts using PLC products, reliable and sensitive.
